Four mem­bers of a car-steal­ing ring have been or­dered to be de­tained at the East­ern Cor­rec­tion­al Re­ha­bil­i­ta­tion Cen­tre in San­ta Rosa un­der the State of Emer­gency reg­u­la­tions.

The men are among in­di­vid­u­als whose de­ten­tion or­ders were gazetted yes­ter­day and signed off by Home­land Se­cu­ri­ty Min­is­ter Roger Alexan­der be­tween Au­gust 18 and Sep­tem­ber 6. All six are al­leged­ly mem­bers of Or­gan­ised Crime Groups (OCGs).

The four men were iden­ti­fied as Adri­an “Bhag­gie” Ram­nar­ine, Bar­ry “Hon­da Boss” Bick­ram, Evan “Pup­pet” Ram­per­sad, and Taheir “Trey” Khan. Bick­ram and Ram­per­sad are both from Carr Trace Ex­ten­sion Road, Ca­paro. Ram­nar­ine is from Egypt Ex­ten­sion, Crown Trace, En­ter­prise, while Khan is from Chi­nese Dri­ve, off Crown Trace, En­ter­prise.
