Four alleged gang leaders are among eight men detained under the State of Emergency regulations, following detention orders signed at the request of Homeland Security Minister Roger Alexander.
The orders, dated between August 13 and 25, were gazetted on Tuesday night. The men were ordered to be held at the Eastern Correctional Rehabilitation Centre in Santa Rosa.
The alleged gang leaders are Mylon Hinds, Malique Nero, Jeremy O’Brien and Kenrick Singh.
