Beckles: PM ‘playing smart with foolishness’

Opposition Leader Pennelope Beckles says Prime Minister Kamla Persad-Bissessar continues to play smart with foolishness.
Her comment came in response to the Prime Minister realigned several Cabinet portfolios, increasing the portfolios of some Minister while reducing the responsibilities of others.
The changes, which were published in the Trinidad and Tobago Gazette dated October 2, took effect on September 30.
