Police are investigating the theft of a gold Cuban link chain that is worth an estimated US $20,000 from a US national in Chaguanas on Friday morning.
Police said the 28-year-old man returned to his Endeavour Road home around 11.40 am when he was confronted by two men who demanded valuables.
One of the bandits snatched the man's chain which led to a fight with his attackers.
