(Kaieteur News) – There are tragedies that leave a community stunned. Then there are those that force a nation to confront the depths to which human violence can descend.
The killing of six-year-old Ifeng Cao at Parika is one such tragedy. What makes the circumstances surrounding the child’s death even more difficult to comprehend is the allegation that his life was taken in connection with a financial dispute involving his parents.
