Three men were shot dead in separate incidents across the Port of Spain Division within a six-hour period on Sunday.

In the first incident, which occurred around 4.30 p.m. at McShine Lands, Laventille, 29-year-old Romello Edingborough, of La Seiva Road, Maraval, was fatally shot.

Police said Edingborough was assisting his father and others with renovation work at a one-room structure when six men dressed in dark clothing approached. Two of the assailants were armed with firearms.
