A MAN was fatally shot in a confrontation with the police in Ste Madeleine yesterday.
A news release issued by the Trinidad and Tobago Police Service hours after the incident stated that the man was believed to be Mikael Isaiah Lewis of Corinth Hills.
The release stated that he died after being shot by police during an anti-crime exercise in the Ste Madeleine police district in the early hours of Friday.
