Student, granny terrorised in home invasion

A 22-YEAR-OLD university student and his 84-year-old grandmother were locked in a bathroom during a robbery at their home on Wednesday.
The armed intruders made away with a quantity of jewelry, the value of which is yet to be ascertained.
According to a police report, the male student and his grandmother were at their Couva home around 1.33 p.m. when two men jumped a wall on the northern side of the property.
