Three police officers attached to the E999 Unit were each granted bail with surety in the sum of $250,000 after they were charged with multiple counts of misbehaviour in public office arising from an incident in Valsayn.
The officers, WPC Patrice Rostant-Roberts, PC Jerome McIntosh and PC Karlon Murray, were granted bail by Justice of the Peace Steven Young on December 5, before appearing before Master Briana Hosein at the Tunapuna Criminal Court where the conditions were confirmed. They were ordered to remain at their current addresses and not to leave the country.
The matter was adjourned to January 28, 2026.
