Three police officers charged with multiple counts of misbehaviour in public office each received bail with surety set at $250,000, to cover all charges, when they appeared before Justice of the Peace Steven Young last Friday (December 5).
They later appeared in the Tunapuna Criminal Court before Master Briana Hosein, who continued bail and ordered them not to leave the country and continue residing at their current addresses. The matter was adjourned to January 28th, 2026.
WPC Patrice Rostant-Roberts, PC Jerome McIntosh and PC Karlon Murray, all assigned to the E999 Unit, were charged following advice from Director of Public Prosecutions Roger Gaspard.
