Elections and BounÂÂdaries CommisÂsion (EBC) Chief Election OffiÂcer Fern Narcis-ÂScope is denying that she is a member of the People’s National Movement (PNM).
The Express contacÂted Narcis-Scope yesterday and put to her several claims and questions that were raised by former Opposition senator Wade Mark and attorney Darrell Allahar at a news conference yesterday.
Allahar had called on Narcis-ÂScope to answer whether she was or is a PNM member, claiming the EBC was prejudiced against the UNC.
