Tobago House of Assembly (THA) Chief Secretary Farley Augustine has again raised the issue of autonomy for Tobago—in particular, food security.
Augustine said after almost 46 years of the existence of the THA, he was uncertain whether they were successful in achieving food security for the island.
He was speaking yesterday at a THA news conference at the Hochoy Charles Administrative Complex in Calder Hall, Tobago.
