The Tobago House of Assembly (THA) is to undergo structural changes including to its financial regulations, and take a more interactive approach to development, Chief Secretary Farley Augustine said today.  

Augustine announced the THA's launch, in the first quarter of 2026, of its "Strategic Development Pathway", which will also feature online portals to allow public viewing and participation.

He was speaking at a THA press conference in Scarborough, following Thursday's swearing in which he returned for another term as Chief Secretary.
