The ANSA McAL Group has introduced Artificial Intelligence across its Human Resources ecosystem, becoming the first large-scale enterprise based in the English-speaking Caribbean to do so.
The move is part of the Group’s HR Strategy, aimed at modernising infrastructure, attracting and retaining talent, and enhancing the employee experience. By embedding an AI-powered digital assistant, chatbot, and Generative AI within its Human Capital Management platform, ANSA McAL is positioning HR as a driver of growth and efficiency. The initiative supports the Group’s 2X Growth ambition to double its scale and impact by 2027.
The launch was achieved through ANSA McAL’s partnership with HRIZONS, an SAP SuccessFactors partner. President and CEO of HRIZONS Jim Newman said the collaboration reflects ANSA McAL’s commitment to its HR technology journey. He said the Group’s work in the Caribbean demonstrates its people-first agenda.
