ETHAN Collymore, who was fatally struck by a car when he was assisting the driver to park at Gulf City Mall on Tuesday, was a helpful and jolly person and should not have suffered such a terrible and painful fate.

This was the sentiment expressed by Collymore’s stepson, Omarley Hamilton, 27, who described Hamilton as a peaceful and helpful person.

The stepson said Collymore, who did not have children of his own, helped his (Hamilton’s) mother raise him and his siblings and considered him as family.
