The Conference of Heads of Government of Caricom met very early today following reports of military action in Venezuela.
In a brief statement, Caricom said it is actively monitoring the situation, which it described as being of grave concern to the Region, with possible implications for neighbouring countries.
Caricom said it will continue to update the people of the Region as more information becomes available.
