AcÂcordÂing to the Trinidad and ToÂbaÂgo PoÂlice SerÂvice, ofÂfiÂcers of the Port of Spain Task Force reÂspondÂed to reÂports of loud exÂploÂsions near SerÂraneau Road, BelÂmont, at about 8.35 a.m.
