The Trinidad and Tobago Meteorological Service has maintained its High Wind Alert at yellow level as breezy to windy conditions continue across Trinidad and Tobago and surrounding waters.
In an update issued at 12.52 pm today, the Met Office said the conditions are expected to continue intermittently until midnight on Tuesday.
The Met Office warned that gusts exceeding 55 kilometres per hour are possible, particularly near showers, in eastern areas and along elevated terrain.
