A bar work­er was robbed of $40,000 by a man who told her he did not want to shoot her.

Po­lice re­port­ed that the 35-year-old work­er was at Trip­ple R Bar, East­ern Main Road, D’Abadie around 11.20 am when a “fair skin” man, stocky built with plaits hair­style and a hat hand­ed her a hun­dred-dol­lar bill and asked for a beer.

The em­ploy­ee said as she was hand­ing the man his change, she no­ticed he had a gun in his hand and told her “Don’t look at my face I don’t want to shoot you just give me every­thing.”
