Less than a week afĀter kidĀnapĀpers deĀmandĀed US$2.5 milĀlion for the reĀlease of couĀple DerĀrick and ClariĀbel Tardieu, their kidĀnapĀpers have reĀportĀedĀly agreed to reĀduce the amount to $100,000, seĀnior poĀlice ofĀfiĀcers said yesĀterĀday.
The reĀducĀtion in the ranĀsom is the latĀest deĀvelĀopĀment in the case, poĀlice sources told Guardian MeĀdia yesĀterĀday.
Tardieu, 70, a busiĀnessĀman, and his 47-year-old wife were snatched from their Blanchette Bay, Monos IsĀland home on DeĀcemĀber 6.
