The Office of the Attorney General is clarifying that the State of Emergency remains in force until midnight on June 17th, 2026, dismissing claims circulating on some social media platforms that the measure expires today, Wednesday, June 3rd, 2026.
The clarification comes amid the spread of misinformation online regarding the duration of the emergency measures.
In a statement, the Office said reports suggesting the State of Emergency had ended were inaccurate.
