TT Ride Share driver tied up, car stolen in Maracas

A 40-year-old part-time TT Ride Share driver was tied up and left in a fig patch after four armed men ambushed him in Maracas and stole his $60,000 car on Wednesday night.
The victim reported that he received a telephone call around 8.20 pm requesting a private-hire trip to transport passengers from Maracas Bay to Arima.
At about 9.30 pm, the victim drove his silver-grey Toyota Axio, registration PDY 6329, to Bogoville, Hamilton Trace, Old Bay Road, Maracas.
