Authorities are seeking public assistance in locating 47-year-old Anton Osmond, a fisherman from Beetham Gardens, who has been missing since Saturday morning.

According to police, Osmond left his home at 7 a.m. last Friday to fish at Alcan Bay in his private boat. His mother, Catherine Osmond, reported him missing to the Carenage Police Station on Saturday after he failed to return.

Attempts to reach him by phone were unsuccessful. The Coast Guard later discovered Osmond’s boat floating empty in the bay. No sign of him was found.
