Opposition Leader Pennelope Beckles is asking who is running the country as she criticised Government over Housing Development Corporation homes.

Her comments followed a decision disclosed by HDC chairman Feeroz Khan last Sunday that the board is moving to regularise squatters occupying HDC units.

When contacted for comment on Monday, Housing Minister David Lee told the Express he was not aware of the policy or included in discussions that would have been held by the board.
