A sister of a woman whose left arm was crushed beneath the wheel of a Public Transport Service Corporation (PTSC) bus on Thursday has called on authorities to investigate the driver and the incident.

Hassina Mathura, 69, suffered severe injuries and is hospitalised as doctors try to save her arm.

The incident occurred metres away from where Mathura resided with her parents on Naparima Mayaro Road in Palmyra.
