Stephon Marks, 38, a gold miner of Russell and Howes Streets, Charlestown, Georgetown, was on Friday remanded to prison on a simple larceny charge.
Marks, who was arrested on Thursday, appeared before Magistrate Caressa Henry at the Bartica Magistrate’s Court, where the charge was read to him.
Marks pleaded not guilty and was remanded to prison until September 3, 2026.
