An unÂcle of teenagÂer EmÂmanuel Williams, who drowned at Clifton Hill Beach on FriÂday, is urgÂing sea bathers to exÂerÂcise cauÂtion when visÂitÂing the naÂtion’s beachÂes.
EmÂmanuel had gone to the beach with friends aged 17, 18 and 23. The youngest memÂber of the group told poÂlice that at around 1.25 pm they were divÂing off rocks when EmÂmanuel enÂcounÂtered difÂfiÂculÂty in the waÂter.
