Seven year old Angelica Saydee Jogie was laid to rest on Saturday as relatives, friends, classmates and well-wishers gathered to pay their final respects. Angelica who was struck by a jet ski while on vacation at Pigeon Point in Tobago was remembered as a happy and truthful child.
Reflecting on her daughter’s life, Salisha Jogie described her daughter, Angelica Saydee Jogie, as a happy and truthful child. While honouring the time they spent together, Mrs. Jogie asked the public for their continued prayers as she navigates the difficult journey of grief.
“I had an amazing time, the time that Sadie spent with me, I will miss her so so much and I know I have a very very long path ahead of me but I thank God for sending her in our lives because we had an incredible time together and I can’t thank each and everyone of you for showing us the support and y’all continue praying for us because it has helped us tremendously.”
