THE hearing regarding deceased rig worker Pete Phillip, whose body was never found, will be held in March 2027.
This was confirmed Friday by Labour Minister Leroy Baptiste.
Responding to questions from the Express, Baptiste shared that the Occupational Safety and Health Agency (OSHA) had initiated proceedings at the Industrial Court against Wells Services Solutions Ltd; Heritage Petroleum Company Limited; Kenson Production Services Limited; and Wells Services Petroleum Company Limited on June 17, 2026.
