The Telecommunications Authority of Trinidad and Tobago (TATT) and the United States Federal Communications Commission (FCC) have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) aimed at strengthening cooperation in telecommunications policy and regulation.
The agreement was signed on Thursday, June 18, 2026, in recognition of the importance of collaboration and the shared desire to promote bilateral cooperation in the telecommunications sector.
According to the parties, the MoU is intended to strengthen the relationship between TATT and the FCC while increasing engagement on regulatory policy matters between the two telecommunications regulators.
