HOUSING Minister Dr David Lee and businessman Hugh Leong Poi were yesterday both discharged from hospital minutes after they were able to access bail totalling $1.6 million granted earlier by a High Court master on charges of misbehaviour in public office and conspiracy to defraud the State.
