HOUSING Minister and Member of Parliament for Caroni Central Dr David Lee remained under the care of medical professionals at the Port of Spain General Hospital last night after complaining of feeling unwell following his arrest.

Lee, along with businessman Hugh Leong Poi, was taken into custody by officers following a successful High Court challenge by Director of Public Prosecutions (DPP), Roger Gaspard, which revived $1.4 million tax fraud and misbehaviour in public office charges that were dismissed by a magistrate earlier this year.
