Over 1,400 special electors vote; Aranguez/St Joseph leads turnout

Over 1,400 of the 16,748 special electors cast their ballots today as special voting officially began, the Elections and Boundaries Commission (EBC) has announced.
The marginal constituency of Aranguez/St Joseph recorded the highest turnout of special voters, according to the EBC.
Health Minister Terrence Deyalsingh is seeking re-election in the constituency, which was recently renamed.
