ENERGY Minister Dr Roodal Moonilal and Opposition Member of Parliament Stuart Young clashed yesterday over the award of a lease operatorship agreement to TN Ramnauth & Co Ltd by Heritage Petroleum Company Ltd.

During yesterday’s sitting of Parliament, Young asked Moonilal to state how many Lease Operator Agreements and/or Farm Out Agreements Heritage Petroleum Company Ltd had granted to TN Ramnath and Company Ltd and/or any of its associated companies since May 1, 2025.
