Senior Counsel Anand Ramlogan and Freedom Law Chambers issued a pre-action protocol letter on Wednesday on behalf of the family of seven-year-old Angelica Jogie, who died after a jet ski collision at Pigeon Point Heritage Park on April 8th, 2026.
The legal action has been filed against jet ski operator Ashworth Burnett, known as “Whistle”, the Tobago House of Assembly (THA) and Pigeon Point Heritage Park Ltd.
The letter alleges that Burnett drove a jet ski into a restricted bathing area, striking Angelica, her parents and other relatives.
