THE Tobago House of Assembly (THA) has confirmed receipt of pre-action protocol documents from Freedom Law Chambers led by Anand Ramlogan, SC, attorneys acting for the Jogie family following the death of Angelica Jogie at Pigeon Point beach on April 8 after a jet ski accident.
Legal Affairs Secretary Adanna Joseph-Wallace, who spoke with the Express yesterday, confirmed receipt of the documents.
“I can confirm that I did receive it yesterday (Wednesday). I would not be able to tell you the specific time but it was received sometime in the afternoon—more evening,” she said.
