Minister of Culture and Community Development Michelle Benjamin opened the Book of Condolence for Slinger Francisco, also known as The Mighty Sparrow, at the National Academy for the Performing Arts (NAPA) Hotel Lobby, Frederick Street, Port of Spain, on Thursday morning.
Alongside NAPA, members of the public can sign condolence books at the following locations from Thursday, October 1st to Wednesday, October 14th, 2026, between 10am and 4pm daily:
– The Ministry of Culture and Community Development, Level 8, Tower C, International Waterfront Complex, 1A Wrightson Road, Port of Spain.
