The Judicial Committee of the Privy Council today listed the State’s appeal in the case involving businessman Dominic Hadeed and his wife, Genevieve Hadeed.
However, a hearing date has not yet been announced.
The Privy Council, based in London, is Trinidad and Tobago’s highest appellate court, hearing challenges to decisions of the local Court of Appeal.
