Attorney Faris Al-Rawi, SC, says his clients Dominic Hadeed, Genevieve Hadeed and her aunt Star Sabga are committed to clearing their names in court and will continue co-operating with law enforcement despite the legal challenges they have faced over the past month.
Speaking to reporters at his Altus Court office in Port of Spain yesterday, Al-Rawi said the Hadeeds and 69-year-old Sabga had consistently denied the allegation they were involved in a conspiracy to murder the Prime Minister and members of the Government.
He said the three had willingly presented themselves to investigators, participated in police interviews and had taken every opportunity to assist the authorities.
