Three men have appeared before a Master of the High Court charged with the offence of moving body, contrary to the Coroner’s Act.
Isaiah Maikoo, 29, and Isaiah Mohammed, also known as ‘Drowsy’, 27, both of Carapichaima, and Anibal Iguanetti Machiz, 31, of Charlieville, were charged when they appeared before Master Whitney Franklin on Tuesday 21st October, 2025.
Maikoo and Mohammed were each granted bail in the sum of $80,000 and are expected to reappear in court on July 7th, 2026. Machiz was denied bail due to insufficient ties to Trinidad and Tobago and is also scheduled to return to court on the same date.
