Three men have ap­peared be­fore a Mas­ter of the High Court charged with the of­fence of mov­ing body, con­trary to the Coro­ner’s Act.

Isa­iah Maikoo, 29, and Isa­iah Mo­hammed, al­so known as ‘Drowsy’, 27, both of Cara­pichaima, and Ani­bal Iguanet­ti Machiz, 31, of Char­lieville, were charged when they ap­peared be­fore Mas­ter Whit­ney Franklin on Tues­day 21st Oc­to­ber, 2025.

Maikoo and Mo­hammed were each grant­ed bail in the sum of $80,000 and are ex­pect­ed to reap­pear in court on Ju­ly 7th, 2026. Machiz was de­nied bail due to in­suf­fi­cient ties to Trinidad and To­ba­go and is al­so sched­uled to re­turn to court on the same date.
