Police are searching for a man who broke into a poultry depot in Arima on Tuesday evening but fled the scene, leaving behind his wallet and identification card.
Officers said the shop’s owner received a call from his landlord at 6.55 pm, informing him that someone had broken into the Tumpuna Road business place and damaged a point-of-sale printer, eggs, and a cutting machine.
The landlord reportedly confronted the bandit, who ran off and dropped his wallet containing his national ID card.
