AN altercation between two students at the Anjuman Sunnat- ul-Jamaat Association (ASJA) Girls' College, Charlieville, last Monday has left parents concerned about the well-being of their children at the institution.
On a Facebook video on Friday, Ashmead Ali related the confrontation, saying during the lunch break a Form One student went into the classroom of a Form Two student and a fight broke out between the two.
He said while he did not know if any video was made of the brawl, information he received suggested that there was pulling of hair and weaves in the all-girls' school. He reported that the school's acting principal, along with other teachers, attempted to end the fight, but they, too, were struck by the students.
