THE mother of a Barataria North Secondary student who was badly beaten in a fight on November 4 has said she will not be sending her daughter back to the school.
A video of the brawl, which took place a short distance from the school compound, went viral on social media. It showed scores of students, some with their uniforms off, brawling in the streets.
In one of the shocking clips, a boy was seen repeatedly cuffing a girl in her head. Another video showed a boy stomping a girl as she lay on the ground while not too far off, two girls, one in a vest and her school skirt, were scrambling on the ground.
