The owner of a sawmill in Siparia was killed on Monday after being crushed by a falling tree.
Bishen Rampersadsingh, 46, of Jhulai Trace on Penal Rock Road in Penal, was the owner of a sawmill on Darsan Trace in Siparia.
A police report stated that around 9.50 a.m., police responded to the report of the fatality on David Jackman Trace, on Quinam Road in Siparia.
