Rough seas hinder efforts to retrieve body of Tobago toddler

Divers have been called in to retrieve what police say is believed to be the body of two-year-old Angelo Tobias, who went missing on Monday night.

The child, who lived in Goodwood, a coastal village in Tobago's windward coast, was reported missing on Monday night.

Police said the child's mother and her boyfriend could not find him at around 7.30pm.
