A 19-year-old man and an 18-year-old woman were robbed by a group of men in Woodbrook during the early hours of Sunday.

Police said that around 4.15 a.m. on February 8, the victims were walking along French Street near Max Grill in the company of two friends when they were accosted by about eight men.

One suspect allegedly grabbed two gold-coloured chains from the neck of Theresa Harrypersad, each valued at $300.
