A woman was assaulted and robbed of gold jewelry by two men Thursday evening in Woodbrook, police reported.
Around 8:35 p.m., the victim was walking toward her vehicle on Fitt Street near 868 Lounge when she was approached by two men.
One of the men, described as 5’11” with a low haircut, wearing a grey jersey and worn blue jeans, grabbed the victim’s right hand and stole a gold-coloured beera valued at $25,000 and five gold-coloured bands worth $15,000. The second man, 5’8” and dressed in a red jersey with blue ¾ jeans, held the victim’s left hand.
