MONTEGO BAY, St James — A police operation in Garlands, St James, has led to court proceedings involving two brothers, Dante and Renaldo Sparse, who appeared in the St James Parish Court on Wednesday before Judge Natiesha Fairclough-Hylton.
They are charged with possession of identity information and possession of an access device under the Law Reform (Fraudulent Transactions) (Special Provisions) Act. The men are being represented by attorney Henry McCurdy.
The court heard that on April 16, approximately 5:15 pm, police conducted an operation at premises where the brothers reside. During the search, officers reportedly found a Visa bank card.
