KINGSTON, Jamaica—Six decades after Tastee first introduced its now-iconic patty to Jamaicans, the beloved homegrown brand is inviting the nation to celebrate its 60th anniversary with an evening of music, entertainment and giveaways at the Tastee 60th Anniversary Concert on Friday, August 28 at Emancipation Park.
The free concert, scheduled for 7:00 pm to 11:00 pm, will bring together some of Jamaica’s most recognised musical talent for a celebration of Tastee’s six-decade journey and the generations of Jamaicans who have made the brand part of their everyday lives.
The line-up features Agent Sasco, Richie Stephens, Nadine Sutherland, Alaine, Tony Rebel, Carey Sayles, Dean Fraser, Sister Pat, Abijah and Dwight Richards, alongside special guest artistes, giveaways and other surprises.
