Parents watch in horror as flames engulf preparatory school

A PREPARATORY school sustained significant damage after a fire broke out on Thursday night, with investigators suspecting that a malfunctioning fan may have sparked the blaze.
The fire drew emotional scenes as parents and schoolchildren gathered outside Sarah’s Preparatory School at Sunset Ridge in La Romaine while flames engulfed two rooms in the school.
Neighbours tried to douse the flames that broke out shortly after 9 p.m.
